WARM Weather Alert!

ATTENTION!

In days of warm weather you may experience:
  • Joy.
  • An uncontrollable need to go outside.
  • Nature.

In such cases, repeat to yourself: This is NORMAL. Others might experience similar urges. It is recommended you join them.

Picnic at the park on Fountleroy:

Giant tulips

Brock replacing the radiator in the Saturn (sprung a leak)

Post radiator replacement Brock, coping with expensive gasoline crisis.

Our incredibly COOL neighbors let us borrow one of their scooters (and a helmet) for our VERY FIRST RIDE OUT TOGETHER! This is also the very first time I've seen Brock ride. WE HAD A BLAST!

(insane!)

Went to Alki, everyone was out cruising:

The one in the middle is our scooter:

I had clam chowder in a sourdough bowl!

Alki sand. One of the few places in the area with actual sand.

I even stepped in it.
Aww!

We were driving around an intersection we've driven by DOZENS of times, and we both noticed at the same time a structure neither one of us had ever seen before! A closer look revealed something that looked like a giant firefly sculpture. Very cool:

When we got home Brock found it on Google Maps! Very much a giant Firefly indeed!

LONG LIVE HEFEWEISEN!

Thai restaurant we got to in Redmond, after looking for a Quiznos that wasn't there, and then looking for a Pho place that didn't exist.

Crepes!

Brock had a crappy night the other day so while he stayed in bed a bit longer to catch up, I made him CREPES to make him feel better... and it made me feel pretty damn good too. Berries and vanilla yogurt stuffing... NOMS!
