So Dennis let us have his old Canon Digital Rebel (YEAH!) and we've been taking a zillion pictures of everything... mostly Dexter since he's so adorable to begin with. Here's his latest Sears Portrait Studio style glamour shot:

Hello! The In-laws are here and we're having loads of fun. Next week I'll put up more pictures but in the meantime have this:




Brock has his bike here now and it's up and running! We went on our first ride and his dad took this*.

Went to grab more of those wild blackberries growing on the hill by the house:









And made BLACKBERRY JUICE for the first time!


Blackberries are so expensive in this country that I thought I'd never be able to drink this here! I love living here!

Yet another reason why living here ROCKS! There's a virtual field of blackberries in our backyard, and yesterday we went berry picking. Later it was decided they'd become my very first pie EVER:

Went to Green Leaf, the Vietnamese restaurant we LOVE. But I forgot to take a picture of the deliciousness because as soon as it got to the table, it was devoured almost without stopping to breathe it was so DAMN GOOD.

Then we saw these treasures on the Chinese shop next door:
